First we examine documents that are key to the function of your organization and conduct interviews with the core management. Findings from the interviews and document review are combined and measured against best practices. The report measures the capacity of the organization to bear risk. It also leads to prudent selection on certain types of insurance, yielding a more cost effective program. Frequently, it leads to safer practices within the company. Findings are presented to upper management or the Board, and are held in strict confidence.
