William J. Hurley is a Client Executive at Thoits Insurance. As a Client Executive, he is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring complex risk management and insurance programs for his clients. Mr. Hurley joined Thoits in May of 2011.

Mr. Hurley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. Prior to Thoits, Mr. Hurley started his sales career as a Contractor Account Manager for Rain Bird Corp, and his Insurance career as an intern for Sun Life Financial.

Locally born and raised, Mr. Hurley graduated from Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose. While attending Bellarmine, he participated in numerous community service programs including 3 years of coaching Little League Baseball.
