San Jose, CA — December 02, 2008 — Thoits Insurance Service, Inc is pleased to announce that David Loustalot has joined the company as Vice President. 

David left his position as a Retail Analyst to begin his insurance career with a regional insurance brokerage firm.  During this time, he graduated from the Hartford School of Insurance and earned a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.

He currently resides in Santa Cruz and will be working out of our Santa Cruz and San Jose offices.
