San Jose, Calif. — September 25, 2009 —
Thoits Insurance of San Jose unveiled today an eye-catching new look with a modern logo and website makeover that reflects the company’s overall reinvention.
In 2009, Thoits has been reinventing itself to mirror the times, with the impetus for change beginning in February when Paul Saich was promoted internally to CEO.
“The look has changed, but our core values that have been in place for over a century remain the same,” said Saich. “I’m confident that even in the current unsettled economic climate, Thoits will thrive.”
Since February, Saich has focused on Thoits’ future and prosperity. When many are forced into hiring freezes and layoffs, Thoits is fortunate enough to be hiring. Thoits is looking for the next generation of innovative insurance brokers that will help modernize the insurance industry.
The new look also reflects Thoits’ unique ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) culture, which grants every member of the Thoits team ownership. From the vibrant orange hue of the font to the background photos of serene seascapes, everyone at Thoits had a voice in the final result.
